Invested with Evanridge 5 years ago in the Evanridge Swedish Property LLP fund. Initially I like the market – Sweden. What I found as I dug further into the detail was that I was always impressed with the overall honest, transparent, shrewd approach to property investment and fund management. It was this fundamentals driven transparent, low cost approach that attracted me, along with the experience of the mangement team. Julia and I had a fascinating trip to Sweden to see the Evanridge Properties. We were most impressed by the standard of them and the way that they were managed by Anders’ and his team.
We felt they all worked together well which is important for any business but crucial when operating at a distance.
The properties recently bought by Evanridge 3 are particularly impressive in their central town location as well as their standard.
All in all everything was ‘as it says on the tin’!
